Each time you refer a friend or family member to our practice your name can be entered into a drawing for an ipod Touch! We love that you want to spread the word about Dr. Lenz and the outstanding orthodontic care that he and his team provide.
Each time one of your friends or relatives comes in for an initial exam appointment with Dr. Lenz they just need to give us a Refer-A-Friend card with your name on it. Refer-A-Friend cards are available on the front desk, so be sure to take some at your next visit and give one to everyone you know, and even those you don't know! The more friends and relatives that you refer, the more chances you have to win an ipod Touch!
